Tour Information

Tours of Sandia National Laboratory Facilities will be available for US citizens. For non-US citizens and US citizens, we are arranging a visit to the National Nuclear Museum (http://www.nuclearmuseum.org/) on the same day.

For the Sandia tours, an acceptable ID is required. Driver licenses from the following states and territories are not accepted:

  • Am.Samoa
  • Arizona
  • Idaho
  • Louisiana
  • Maine
  • Minnesota+
  • New Hampshire
  • New York+
  • Washington+

+ DLs/IDs labeled “Enhanced” from MN, NY, and WA are acceptable.

Tour attendees will be capped at 25 people. The tours will be scheduled for Thursday February 26th starting at 9am, which means attendees need to leave the conference hotel by 8am to allow time for travel and badging (the smaller the number of attendees the less time it will take at badging). The goal is to return to the conference hotel by 12:30pm.
