EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

   The ANS&T division is managed by the Executive Committee. This committee constitutes the governing body of the division and has the power to act for the divison in all matters, subject to the Bylaws and Rules. The Executive Committee consists of not fewer than six (6) members. In addition to members at large, the Executive Committee consists of four (4) officers, including: Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary; the past Chair of the TG is an ex-officio member with voting privileges. Details of each officer role can be found in the Bylaws and Rules.

   With the exception of the Nominating Committee, which is chaired by the Past Chair of the division, committee chairs will be appointed by the Executive Committee by a majority of the voting members of the Executive Committee. Committee members must be members of the division.
