Nominating Committee


The nominating committee shall be chaired by the Past Chair of the Technical Group; additional members shall include the current Chair and the Vice-Chair. The nominating committee is responsible for identifying at least one candidate for the Executive Committee and all Officer positions that are up for election in the coming year. The slate of nominees must be submitted to ANS headquarters at least 7 months prior to the Annual Meeting in which the newly elected EC members will take office (e.g. following the Winter Meeting). The nomination slate must be approved by the Executive Committee as required in the Bylaws and Rules.
