Becoming an Exhibitor at NETS-2011

NETS is an excellent value for your exhibitor dollar large enough to make a positive impact on your organization's bottom line and public presence, yet focused in its attendance such that every visitor to your booth has a vested interest in the field.

Hotel and Exhibit Area

NETS-2011 will be held February 7-10, 2011 at the Albuquerque Marriot in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This beautiful hotel features plenty of the latest amenities.

The NETS-2011 meeting will be held Albuquerque Marriott which has over 17,000 sq ft of newly renovated conference space. The spacious and open Technology Expo hall will serve as the focal point for the entire meeting, maximizing your opportunities to engage potential customers. The Expo space is located directly across from the meeting rooms, and all coffee breaks, snacks, and lunches will be held in the Technology Expo hall. Maps of the meeting space and Expo hall layout are below.

Exhibit Packages

All spaces, both in the ballroom and in the outer exhibit hall, are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • 6' x 10' single exhibit booth space (can be reserved in multiples to create larger booths).

  • 6' table with tablecloth, skirting, piping, draping, and electrical power

  • Booth fee includes two Exhibitor Registrations ($300 value)

  • Featured listing for your organization on this website, including a photo and link to your website.

  • Listing in the NETS-2011 Final Program, distributed to every attendee.

  • Ballroom is locked at night.

  • $1500/early reservation through Nov 1, 2010; $2000/late reservation after Nov 15, 2010.

Download and fax or email our Exhibitor Form to apply. Booths may be reserved by submitting complete payment via check or our PayPal site. If you know it will take your organization time to complete the purchase order process, a purchase order number on your Commitment Form will be sufficient to reserve your booth.

Please note: Though we make every effort to update the map above with the most current listing of booths already reserved, there is a chance the booth you request will not be available. In the event that your first choice has already been reserved by another organization, we will contact you to discuss alternative booth availability.
