NETS-2011 will be held at the recently renovated Albuquerque Marriott, located in the heart of the Albuquerque restaurant and shopping district and overlooking the Sandia Mountains. Hotel reservations may be made at the current government per diem rate for single occupancy, when the group code "nucnuca" is used. This rate will be honored from three days prior to the meeting (2/4/2011) to three days after the meeting (2/13/2011). Student Travel Assistance

A $200.00 cost defrayment will be made available to students based on availability of funds and fulfiliment of duties as student assistant in assigned sessions.  For those interested in student travel assistance, please download this form, fill it out, and send to heliumthreefusion@yahoo.com.  

For those intersted in finding roommates for the conference, please indicate such when sending in the travel assistance form, and you'll be sent a link with a Google Docs spreadsheet, where you can list the days you'll be attending, and look for potential roommates, which you may contact to make arrangements.

The deadline to sign up for Student Travel Assistance is Febuary 1.
